5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is displayed on our website and may change without notice.
Stockheart Whole Health operates out-of-network for insurance purposes so we can spend adequate time with each patient and deliver high-quality, whole-person care.
We gladly accept HSA/FSA funds. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late-cancellation fee .
Refunds for prepaid services, workshops, or packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All text, images, graphics, logos, downloads, and other materials on this site are the property of Stockheart Whole Health unless otherwise noted.
