Community Healing Gathering: Gentle Care & Nervous System Support
Supporting the Annunciation School Community
Time: Arrive anytime between 1 and 3; register if you can; walk in if you can’t!

Who it’s for: Annunciation School students, families, and staff (and caregivers/support people)
Cost: Offered at no cost thanks to volunteers and sponsors
What to Expect
This is a gentle, trauma-informed space focused on regulation, comfort, and community support. There is no expectation to share your story or participate in any specific way. You are welcome to arrive quietly, participate as you like, or simply rest.
Care options may include:
Acupuncture/Acupressure
Healing Touch
Massage
Reiki
Gentle, consent-based hands-on care (as available)
Nervous system regulation supports (breath pacing, grounding, quiet space)

We aim to make this gathering as accessible and supportive as possible. Please review the notes below and reach out if you have questions.
Accessibility notes:
Mobility access: Odigo Wellness is fully wheelchair accessible through the front and the back entrances
Sensory environment: This is intended to be a quiet, low-stimulation space.
Seating: Chairs and floor cushions will be available.
Scent sensitivity: Please avoid wearing strong fragrances if possible.
Masks: Masks welcome
Bathrooms: Located on the main level

Registration is encouraged to help us plan staffing and supplies, but walk-ins are always welcome.
You can come for a few minutes or stay longer—there’s no “right way” to attend.
